FOR RENTALS
All bookings imply acceptance of the house rules and the conditions listed below.
Each rental request is valid for one rental only and must be signed (if the reservation is made via the website the GTC must be accepted). The minimum rental period is two nights in the low season (written or e-mail reservation or website required) and 7 nights in July and August (Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday depending on the rental).
The basic rate includes: accommodation for four people, the services of the campsite, hot showers, parking for one vehicle, games and access to the swimming pool (July/August operation). In addition: extra people for more than 4 people (adults or children), tennis and washing machines
Minors not accompanied by a legal guardian are not accepted.
Please note that all rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
The rent must be paid at the latest one month before the date of arrival without any reminder from us and under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
Reservations are only confirmed (by post or by e-mail) on receipt of the form duly completed, signed and accompanied by the corresponding deposit: 25% of the rental amount + 10 € /week (optional cancellation guarantee) per week + 15 € administration fee.
The deposit must be paid within 15 days after which the option will be automatically cancelled.

- CANCELLATION and Cancellation Guarantee :
In all cases, the 15 € booking fee and the optional cancellation guarantee (10 € per week) remain with CAMPING DE MAUBUISSON. All cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail, accompanied by supporting documents.
An optional cancellation guarantee is included in your rental contract; it reimburses you the compensation for breach of contract indicated below if you have taken out this guarantee. (In case of accident, dismissal, theft, illness, fire, death, holidays, COVID-19)
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival : the totality of the deposit paid (excluding booking fees and cancellation insurance if subscribed)
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival : the totality of your stay (as long as it has been paid)
The CAMPING DE MAUBUISSON declines all responsibility for damage to campers’ equipment and for any theft. It is the camper’s responsibility to take out insurance for their equipment, as well as for civil liability.
All stays are due according to the dates indicated on the confirmation. In the event of late arrival, no-show and/or early departure, whether voluntary or by decision of the campsite for failure to comply with the Internal Regulations, no refund will be made. The pitch becomes available 24 hours after the date of arrival specified in the rental contract, in the absence of a letter or e-mail from the camper
The equipment for each rental is subject to a quantified inventory. The tenant is required to check it on arrival and to report any anomaly to the reception desk before the following morning. The deposit is required on arrival. It is returned after deduction of the amount of the deteriorations and/or missing objects noted, as well as the hours of cleaning if necessary. Linen not provided. Possibility to rent sheets: 7€/kits (Reservation in advance).
The cleaning of the rented accommodation is the responsibility of the tenant. At the end of the stay, the property must be returned in a perfectly clean condition inside and in the immediate vicinity. If necessary, 70 € or more will be charged. PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED (except guide dogs).
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THE RENTAL OF A CAMPING PITCH
Any reservation implies the acceptance of the internal rules of the CAMPING DE MAUBUISSON (classified 3 stars) and the general conditions of sale listed below.
– Each reservation request is valid for one pitch only and must be signed. The minimum reservation is six nights. Minors not accompanied by adults are not accepted without parental authorisation. Only 6 people, including a maximum of 4 adults, are allowed on our pitches.
– The price includes: the services of the campsite, hot showers, parking for one vehicle only, games and access to the swimming pool (July-August). In addition: tennis and washing machines.
– Deposit of 100 € for the reservation of a pitch (within 15 days) in camping-caravaning / tent (of which 75 € to be credited to the stay and 15 € booking fee + 10 € optional cancellation guarantee): payment by cheque, holiday cheque, online payment, credit card (by phone) or bank transfer (RIB sent on request)
The deposit must be paid within 15 days after which the option will be automatically cancelled.
– The reservation of your pitch will be confirmed upon receipt, by post, of the form duly completed, signed and accompanied by the corresponding deposit
For reservations THE BALANCE OF THE STAY MUST BE PAID ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL.
ARRIVAL – DEPARTURE
– Pitches are rented by the night, from 12 noon to 12 noon the following day.
– All stays are due according to the dates indicated on the confirmation.
– In case of early departure, by decision of the campsite for non-respect of the internal rules, no refund will be made.
- CANCELLATION and Cancellation Guarantee :
-In all cases, the 15 € booking fee and the optional 10 € cancellation guarantee will be retained by CAMPING DE MAUBUISSON.

Cancellation + 30 days before your arrival: the deposit of 75 € is reimbursed (excluding booking fees and cancellation insurance if subscribed)
Cancellation – 30 days before your arrival: 100% of the amount paid for the reservation minus the booking fees and the cancellation guarantee.

Activities relating to the organisation and sale of holidays or excursions on a given date or during a specified period are not subject to the withdrawal period applicable to distance and off-premises sales, in accordance with the provisions of article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
