GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR RENTALS 2025
- RENTAL CONTRACT
All bookings imply acceptance of the house rules and the conditions listed below.
Each rental request is valid for one rental only and must be signed (if the reservation is made via the website the GTC must be accepted). The minimum rental period is 2 nights in the low season (written or e-mail reservation or website required) and 7 nights in July and August (Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday depending on the rental).
The basic rate includes : accommodation for four people, the services of the campsite, parking for one vehicle, games and access to the swimming pool (July/August operation). In addition: additional people beyond 4 people (adults or children), tennis and washing machines
Minors not accompanied by a legal guardian are not accepted.
Please note that all rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
The rent must be paid at the latest one month before the date of arrival without any reminder from us and under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
2- DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT :
Reservations are only confirmed (by e-mail or post) on receipt of the form, duly completed, signed and accompanied by the corresponding deposit:
– Low season : 25% of the rental price + €7 administration fee + €10 cancellation guarantee (optional)
– From 28/06 to 30/08 : 25% of the rental price + €15 booking fee + €10 cancellation guarantee (optional)
The deposit must be paid within 15 days, after which the option will be automatically cancelled.
A booking confirmation will be sent to you.
Method of payment: online payment or bank transfer (IBAN sent on request).
3- CANCELLATION and Cancellation Guarantee :
A stay can only be refunded if the cancellation guarantee has been taken out and under certain conditions (see below):
In all cases, the €7 (low season) or €15 (July and August) booking fee + €10 cancellation guarantee fee will be retained by CAMPING DE MAUBUISSON. All cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail and accompanied by supporting documents.
An optional cancellation guarantee is included in your rental contract; it reimburses you the compensation for breach of contract indicated below if you have taken out this guarantee. (In the event of accident, redundancy, theft, illness, fire, death, holiday, COVID-19)
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival : full refund of deposit paid (excluding booking fees and cancellation guarantee if taken out).
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival : full refund of your stay (provided it has been paid for, excluding booking fees and cancellation guarantee if taken out).
CAMPING DE MAUBUISSON accepts no responsibility for damage to campers’ equipment or theft. It is the camper’s responsibility to take out insurance for their equipment, as well as civil liability insurance.
4- ARRIVAL – DEPARTURE
– In Low Season the rental is for 2 nights min possibility of arrival from 10am to 6pm (arrival after 6pm please let us know) and departure before 6pm.
– From 28/06 to 30/08 the rental is for 7 nights min arrival from 4pm and departure before 10am.
All stays are due according to the dates shown on the confirmation. No refund will be made in the event of late arrival, no-show and/or early departure, whether voluntary or due to a decision by the campsite for failure to comply with the Internal Rules. The pitch becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date specified in the rental contract, in the absence of a letter or e-mail from the camper.
No arrivals after 10 p.m. (gate closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.).
5- RENTAL DEPOSIT: €150 (low season) and €250 (July and August).
The equipment in each rental unit is subject to a detailed inventory. It is the tenant’s responsibility to check it on arrival and to report any anomalies to the reception desk before the following morning. A deposit is required on arrival. It will be returned after deduction of the amount of any damage and/or missing items found, as well as cleaning time if necessary. Linen not provided. Sheets can be hired for €8/small sheet and €10/large sheet (book in advance).
Cleaning of the accommodation is the responsibility of the tenant. At the end of the stay, the property must be left in a perfectly clean condition, inside and out. If necessary, a charge of €70 or more will be made. PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED (except guide dogs).
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THE RENTAL OF A CAMPING PITCH2025
Any reservation implies the acceptance of the internal rules of the CAMPING DE MAUBUISSON (classified 3 stars) and the general conditions of sale listed below.
- RESERVATION
– Each booking request is valid for one pitch only and must be signed. The minimum booking is 2 nights for the Frenchman (Ascension weekend) and 6 nights minimum from 01/07 to 31/08. Minors not accompanied by a legal guardian are not accepted.
ü The price includes: campsite services, hot showers, parking for one vehicle only, games and access to the swimming pool (July-August). Tennis, mini-golf and washing machines are available at extra cost
- DEPOSIT/PAYMENT :
THE DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID WITHIN 15 DAYS, OTHERWISE THE OPTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
–For the Frenchman period (Ascension weekend)
– If the balance of your stay is less than €100 (including €5 booking fee and €10 optional cancellation guarantee), the balance of your stay must be paid when you book a camping-caravanning / tent pitch.
– If the balance is more than €100 (including €5 administration costs and €10 optional cancellation guarantee), you will be required to pay a deposit of €100. The balance of the stay must be paid 1 month before your arrival.
– For July and August, a deposit of €100 is required to reserve a pitch (within 15 days) for camping-caravanning or tents (of which €75 will be deducted from your stay, €15 administration costs and €10 optional cancellation guarantee). The balance of the stay must be paid on the day of your arrival.
Payment by online payment or bank transfer (RIB sent on request).
– Your pitch reservation will be confirmed on receipt, by email, of the form duly completed, signed and accompanied by the corresponding deposit.
3.ARRIVAL – DEPARTURE
– For the Frenchman, pitches are rented for a minimum of 2 nights, per night, from 9.30 am to 6 pm the following day.
– From 05/07 to 27/08, pitches are rented per night, from 12 noon to 12 noon the following day.

– In the event of early departure, by decision of the campsite for failure to comply with the Internal Rules, no refund will be made.
4.CANCELLATION and CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
A holiday can only be refunded if the cancellation guarantee has been taken out and subject to certain conditions (see below):
– For the Frenchman : the €5 booking fee and the €10 cancellation guarantee fee are retained by CAMPING DE MAUBUISSON.
– For July and August : the 15€ booking fee and the 10€ cancellation guarantee fee are retained by CAMPING DE MAUBUISSON.
ü An optional cancellation guarantee is included in your rental contract; it reimburses you the compensation for breach of contract indicated below if you have taken out it. (In the event of accident, redundancy, theft, illness, fire, death, holiday, COVID-19).
– Cancellation + 30 days before your arrival : the deposit (Frenchman period) or 75€ (for July and August) is refunded, less booking fees and cancellation guarantee.
– Cancellation – 30 days before your arrival : 100% of the amount paid for the reservation, less booking fees and cancellation guarantee.
All stays are due according to the dates shown on the confirmation. In the event of late arrival, no-show and/or early departure, whether voluntary or due to a decision by the campsite for failure to comply with the Internal Regulations, no refund will be made. The pitch becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date specified in the rental contract, in the absence of any message from the camper.
Activities relating to the organisation and sale of holidays or excursions on a given date or during a specified period are not subject to the withdrawal period applicable to distance and off-premises sales, in accordance with the provisions of article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
