To make a reservation or place an option: how long do I have to stay?
For rentals from 06/04/2024 to 01/11/2024: minimum 2 nights out of season and minimum 7 nights in July and August – in July/August: rental from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. No monthly rentals
For a pitch from 15/03/2024 to 15/11/2024: no booking out of season (except Ascension weekend) – 6 nights minimum for July and August – free choice of day of arrival.
I have made a reservation or placed an option and I still haven’t received a confirmation email? Yes, it’s possible that the booking confirmation or option email is in your spam or junk mail folder.
Is it possible to pay in several instalments free of charge? Yes, but there are some conditions:
To confirm a booking, you must pay the deposit for your stay within 15 days of making the option. After this time, your option will be cancelled.
For a rental property: 25% of the rental price + €10/week (optional cancellation guarantee) per week + €15 administration fee – The balance of the stay must be paid 1 month before your arrival.
For a pitch: the amount of the deposit is 100 € = 75 € to be applied to the stay and 15 € booking fee + 10 € (optional cancellation guarantee) – The balance of your stay must be paid on arrival.
What are the cancellation conditions? In the event of cancellation of your stay, you must have taken out cancellation cover in order to benefit from a refund and you must have one of the following reasons: accident, redundancy, theft, illness, fire, death, holiday, COVID-19.
If you meet all these criteria:
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full deposit paid (excluding booking fees and cancellation guarantee).
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: your entire stay (provided it has been paid for, but excluding booking fees and cancellation guarantee).

Can you give me details of the balance for my stay and what does it include?
For all campers: access to the swimming pool (July and August only), play areas, city stadium – 1 vehicle per pitch
For a rental: water – electricity – the price of a rental is for 4 people, so there are supplements for adults and children – tourist tax for those aged 18 and over (0.80€/night and per person) – additional car – additional tent – booking fees (15€) – cancellation guarantee if taken out (10€).
For a pitch: access to sanitary facilities – emptying for camper vans – balance of your stay = installation (tent or caravan or camper van) + supplements (people – electricity – tent and/or additional vehicle – tourist tax – dogs – booking fees – cancellation guarantee)
Your arrival / departure
For rentals : In July and August arrival from 4pm to 10pm and departure before 10am – in low season: arrival possible until 9pm.
For a pitch : July and August arrival from 12 noon and departure before 12 noon.
In the event of late arrival, please inform us in advance on 05 56 03 30 12.
Is there a deposit on arrival?
For rental accommodation : compulsory deposit of €250: by cheque/cash/pre-authorised bank transfer.
For a pitch: not reserved pre-authorisation by credit card for the balance of the stay.
Are pets allowed at the Maubuisson campsite?
In my rental accommodation : only dogs accompanying a disabled person are accepted.
On my pitch : animals are accepted at an additional cost. First and second category dogs are prohibited.
Pets must be kept on a lead and you may be asked to produce an up-to-date vaccination certificate at any time.
Do you have baby kits?
You can rent a cot and high chair for a fee, subject to booking.
How are our mobile homes equipped?
None of our mobile homes has a television and there is no connection if you bring your own screen. Here, watching nature is the best way to disconnect.
2 of our mobile homes have air conditioning – only 1 has a dishwasher – most have heating for chilly nights.
Can I be connected to the WIFI during my stay?
WIFI is free at reception for 30 minutes every 6 hours.

How much is the cleaning charge?
If you want to make the most of your holiday right up to the last second, book your final cleaning service for the end of your stay. This package costs: €70
What are the conditions for using the pool?
– Open: July and August only, 11am to 7pm
– Heated naturally by the sun
– Access: for safety and hygiene reasons, only swimming shorts, 1-piece swimming costumes and bikinis are allowed – shower compulsory – no shoes – no food and no cigarette smoking

– Children are the responsibility of their parents

– Off-season: free
– July and August: €5/hour, booking required at reception
– Free loan of rackets and balls, but a deposit is required.

How do I get around the campsite?
A car is included in the price of your pitch.
Please respect the 10km/h speed limit
The main gate is open from 6am to 10pm – traffic is prohibited from 10pm to 6am.
Can I hire a fridge on a bare pitch?
Yes, but you must book in advance. Price: €4/night
Can I hire sheets?
Yes, but you must reserve them in advance. Price: €8/kit of sheets
I want to barbecue
For fire safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to barbecue on the pitches. Communal barbecues are available at the campsite (ask at reception). You may use gas and/or electric barbecues or planchas on your pitch (please note that 6A is required per pitch).
Why are there ponds on the campsite?
They were dug in the 60s by the patriarch of the family.
